Who we are
Having started our operations in London in 2008 as a company offering plain voice telephony to our customers in the UK, we expanded to India and other APAC regions in 2010. We are today recognised as one of the Top 25 Unified Communication Solutions Providers in the APAC region and are continuing to grow in the UK. We grew from just providing voice and bandwidth distribution from our colocation datacentres into providing multiple conferencing, webcasting and remote worker solutions. Seeing that our customers were dependent on multiple providers for their communication needs we wanted to help improve their efficiency along with generating substantial savings for them.
We wanted our customers to be able to pick and choose their communication needs from a single platform while receiving a single bill each month.
We wanted them to communicate from wherever they are, using whatever devices they had access to and that led to the introduction of our virtual office, SOHO, conferencing and telephony solutions – all delivered from the cloud, on a pay-as-you-go model. Today we offer call center platform with features such as WebRTC, AI Chatbots and Video Interactions with text and voice analytics, allowing us to customise the offiering as per the customers requirements.
Having grown organically into a cloud communications provider we are now helping our cusotmers digitally transform their business communications.
